Molecular hydrogen (H2) is the smallest molecule in existence — two hydrogen atoms bonded together. Because it's so small, it can penetrate cell membranes and cross the blood-brain barrier in ways that larger antioxidant molecules cannot. Over 1,000 peer-reviewed studies have explored its potential to neutralize harmful free radicals, reduce oxidative stress, and support cellular health. The catch?
